   Good customer service always at the store. Click and collect is a god send. However, you should fine those people that use it as a parking bay. Great cafe and good selection of foods. The beer section is particularly high standard, including the 0% range. Well worth a visit.

   Took back two bars of chocolate that had obviously melted and turned white back . Got informed that without a receipt I couldn’t exchange them . Poor service won’t use again I’d rather drive to Swanley . Ps left both bars in shop !!!!

   Rude staff, would sooner stand and chat than help serve customers. Be careful with fridge food as a pizza had mould, and milk was off but was challenged when brought back as I had no receipt, but ever time I shop there I am never offered a receipt. Also when you complain to head office no one ever replies back as they don't give a sh!t.
