Adel was wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable and precise with allergens. Food was delivered quickly, drinks also. Staff were friendly .
Iwona was absolutely amazing, fast service and made conversation which made us feel welcomed. Made sure we had everything we needed and had a really lovely meal. Thank you!
BIGGEST MISTAKE for the biggest Bella Italia Firstly the the server took us to our table putting main menus on the table and then went to a dirty table to get us a drink menu. The drinks arrived with no problem same with the food (via robot ) soon first inspection the food we had ordered was correct but made horribly wrong, I have no idea what the microwave technicians in the back were doing The chicken burger had ketchup in it instead of mayonnaise as stated on the menus as well as a side of coleslaw? Not mentioned Our second item was the limited time offer of the KATSU carbonara. It was made wrong aswell Bland hardly any chicken or bacon and was missing the KATSU sauce,one of the main ingredients. I would have brought this up to the server but she was no where to be seen no check back no more drink orders or anything. Lastly when going to the toilet the staff doors to the private rooms and back passageways of the shopping centre were open. Complete security risk and absolute shambles of a meal. Please please fix all these issues.
Food was absolutely awful do not waste your time !!! Waited over 35 mins to get our food . Bolognese was dry and rubbery and the meat had stuck to the spaghetti. Cold garlic wedges and the chips were so floppy they could be used as darts . Only reason why the service got 3 stars was due to the very friendly manager had put the bill on the house . The brownie is was also very dry and rubbery not worth the money . Honestly such a shame
SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND A LOT OF MONEY HAVE A SANDWICH AT HOME I never take the time out to write these reviews but this place was so bad ! We arrived was seen to a table and menus were chucked on the table. Waited ages for drinks order then waited again for food order. When the food arrived by robot our food sat for approximately 2 minutes getting cold, no one was to be seen to serve and we did not want to help ourself as was unsure of the robot. one pasta dish was un cooked like rubber so sent back, no apology just was asked if wanted a replacement which I kindly declined as it had put me off. The other pasta dish was that dry it was un- eatable. The two children’s meals had crusts as pieces of cheesy garlic bread literally nothing on them, 2 pieces of dried almost shrivelled up peppers and the worst pieces of cucumber I’ve ever seen, beans that were so dry they stuck to the pot. The puddings that were meant to come as part of the children’s menus never came out but was presented with a bill very quickly, then no one around to discuss or complain we was completely avoided, We ended up eating a cheesy garlic bread from the main menu as we was so hungry by this time. We left still hungry and very very disappointed and had to eat again when we got home. We know we was not the only ones as other customers were also serving themselves and complaining about the food. Would never recommend or return!
Quick service, nice clean premises. Meal deal £17.50 starter or dessert with a main quite reasonably priced. Starter was great delicious in fact same as the main. Shame about the drinks selection run out of a few lines but didn't take anything away from a good experience. Never had a disappointing trip to any Bella Italia I've been to so would deffo go back. Keep up the good work✌️❤️(Starters not pictured)
Great food and great service! We were given a table for four after waiting only a few minutes in line (we did not make any reservations). The service was fast and the food is priced fairly. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on eating during your blue water shop.
Food was fine but both pizzas felt dry and the pizzas were hard although the pasta and lasagna was good. The service we great though.
Service and friendliness of the staff here is excellent and cannot be faulted. 5 stars The food on the other hand is far below average.. The kitchen really let's this place down. I know this is a chain restaurant and the food has to cater to all tastes but if I'm paying for a meal to be cooked for me, I expect it to be at least slightly better than I can cook at home! Doughballs were hard and cheese was cold where they had been left so long. When I picked up a doughball the dish came with it. See pic. The pomodoro con buffala (buffalo mozzarella and tomato) didn't have any flavour and and the pasta was hard. Gluten free chicken and mushroom pasta was also hard and tasteless. Way too much onion. Gelato served in a normal drinking glass looked like a dogs dinner. Very poor
Extremely yummy food. Very Italian. Loved the setting too. Was quite busy, as we went at 3pm on a Saturday, so had to queue first but only for a few minutes. The waiter was very nice and friendly.
