   Lovely little Tesco Express based near Belmarsh. This Tesco has all what you need and open till late which is a bonus! There are always spaces available to park outside the store.

   Absolutely disgusting service! Came today in the morning and none of the self service was working, I asked the cashier if I can use one just to see how reluctant she was to help, after she scanned my products, but she was unable to unlock the washing liquid and she didn't put it on the till and didn't tell me anything! So I left the shop only taking my food and had to come back again only to be told that they can not unlock it! Absolute waste of my time!!!

   Very bad experience with the staff. Especially the manager who accused and embarrassed me with my wife publicly. Afterward he realised that he was at wrong and never apologise but went hiding at the back store. More training needed for them, especially customer service and good used of their cctv. Body cam don't work. Just there for decoration.

   Staff very friendly but they seems to be very stressed. I went several morning to purchase the pastries such as croissant, cinamon swirl, chocolate croissant however they taste and look old. I have been advised that Tesco decided not to bake them there anymore as they used to do it every morning, they are currently getting it delivered. The products are not fresh and costs almost a pound each. Also the self checkout tills have not been kept updated most of the icons don't have pictures and most of the products are not updloaded. The place has been recently refurbished beautfiully however the fridges doors are not working already the place could be cleaner.

   went to the store i normally shop the woolwich tesco, went to shop there i just visit my friend house went to the tills the asian lady who served me was rude not even a hello, didnt ask for a bag or a receipt not even bye at all, why would they hire her what an experience!

   brought a plain croissant, due to cross contamination of only one pair of tongues i was ill. i have a nut allergy and they have almond croissant and pecan swirls. will not buy lose product again from there.. complained to staff member who could not understand my perfect English, and no manager available.
