   One of the larger Tesco's in the area, 2 levels, top level being just clothes, it did have electrical items a couple of years back but they have just boarded that space off and nothing seems to be happening there. Has the usual stuff and more due to the size of the store. Loads of parking.

   Trying to contact their collection number is very time consuming. When you arrive there is a sign starting " scan the qr code"... but there isn't a qr code... just a telephone number. Once answered your them left waiting for the staff to bring your order. The staff are helpful but the layout is absolutely awful. Literally just a group of parking spaces... no staff to assist. Not a great experience but all the shopping arrived apart from one thing so not bad at all.

   Staff are lovely BUT the QR code system doesn't work. Please fix it! It wastes lots of people's time, as every time I have to phone to get someone to know I've arrived.

   I bought 1 item this morning. I went to pay at self-service checkout. I asked the lady "can you remove the security box from the razors" "yes she said when your finished!" Paid for my 1 item. So nowcim finished! Where was the assistant? Doing something else, so I waited a short time. She looked at me and asked do you need something? I'd like the box removed please! She snatched the box,her attitude and stank,and her body language was aggressive. Shocking! I walked away shaking my head!

   As an older person, I have used Tescos Gallions Reach Click & Collect about 25 times over the past year. Brilliant service. Always service with a smile. 95% of time, quality of goods perfect! with no missing paid for items. And on odd occasion of slip-up, zero hassle in getting resolved by phone. Of the 4 supermarkets online services I have used this past year, whilst all have been appreciated, Tescos has performed for me by far the best!

   Convenient pick up place for the Covid-19 grocery shopping experience. Entrance is however not clearly marked. Exit is worse. Dangerous blind spot when leaving the pick up point. The hedges should be trimmed or removed. And the Tesco delivery vans parked a bit further back. Staff not always wearing facemasks in half the times I've been there.
