   If u are looking for any indian groceries or spices then this is an must visit supermarket in ilford lane. You will find most of the indian/ Asian products here and the supermarket is open 24/7. U can visit any time. The staff are always helpful.

   Well, goods came as described, but charged £5 for standard delivery for a parcel weighing no more than 500g. Would be just fine and dandy -- as I did agree to pay £5 for a standard delivery -- but entrusted the delivery to an outfit called Alternative Parcel Company and the brilliant deliveryman put the parcel in the rubbish bin. I guess that it is, indeed, an alternative delivery service!

   My local, once you know these guys, they look after you. Always friendly and happy to help. They stock a very big range of goods, frozen, slices, prices, etc. They are actually open 24hours a day, which is very handy if you need something very late at night or early morning.

   Live around central, so hard to find a Tamil shop that doesn’t require a bit of a trek (not ideal to lug around). Was recommended Kugans for delivery by a friend, and just received my order. Happy with how things were packaged, including the freezer items. Would recommend :)

   One of a few places nearby to get some beer (or something stronger) late at night. Only thing to complain are beggars that sometimes go even iside a shop, though shopkeepers do their best to deal with them.

   Ordered on line. Tinned food for my cupboard. Almost every can was damaged I won't know if the contents are edible until I come to use them. Update on my original post. Kugans have replaced all the damaged tins I received in double quick time. They are definitely a 5 star company. Customer service was second to none! Highly recommend them and will gladly use their service again.

   I purchased groceries online recently from Kugans. It was an easy process. I was delighted with the excellent service. I got notifications of my delivery time, which was helpful. They called to speak to me personally to check if I was happy to substitute an item out of stock; was impressed. Best of all my goods came packed very securely. The frozen food was packaged in a foil bag with ice. The vegetables were placed in plastic bags and fresh quality. The pricing was a bit higher than normal but I got free delivery and was happy with the service and convenience.
