Shopping here is always a pleasure! The store is well-organized making it easy to find everything I need. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. I’ve ordered from this store three times, and twice I’ve been forced to wait nearly 1 hour 30 minutes only to have my order cancelled by the store. That is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s systemic failure and complete disregard for customers’ time. Even in-person shoppers are left dealing with the same chaos. The customer service here is inexcusably poor, and I will never be shopping here again.
Always waiting long periods of time even when I’m the only customer in the store early mornings I have to keep waiting till they finish unpacking products and shelving them which is mind blowing as the customer should be priority I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes but 10/20 minutes it’s not ok, I’ve been coming here for years and when they serve the customers it’s like they are doing us a favour, rolling their eyes at the customer because they want us to use the self service as they are to busy to serve the customers, the lady manager I think she’s one of the managers a blonde lady, always with a grandiose attitude, many times I’m waiting to be served and she’s laughing and talking with colleagues looking at the tills and continuing with their conversation knowing we are waiting. It’s a shame this happens.
If I could give this store a zero rating I would worst customer service in any shop anywhere staff are only interested in online delivery sales and show open disdain if u want to drag them away from their oh so important uber eats order! Opening times are something that happen to other stores 7 am opening? Not on a Sunday still closed at 7.20 staff in there but probably too busy with online orders! Again worst shop ever best avoided!

Branded Local Grocery shop. one stop for daily required groceries with good quality products. Open from 7am to 11pm. Although the online discounts, pricing and more wide range of products is available in the Bigger Sainsbury's store near Ilford Station, this store still has basic groceries with friendly and helpful staff. Backery items are also available in this store. Free toilets is not present unlike the bigger store.
Its local so bit small in size but you get your basic grocerry frim here. Free form range is available.
hi my name is ramana i purchased food and drink in your store yesterday while doing transaction i lost my valet in your store.Today i call back and asked about it one of ur agent told that it was found by one of ur staff i felt very happy because apart from my bank card even my visa card was in my walet.
