I like this sainsbury. Staff are polite and helpful. I usually find what I want. Having Argos and Costa there helps too. I usually meet my best friend for a coffee and cake at costa before starting my shopping.

There is a very long queue, but the staff do not open regular checkout counters. Only self-service checkouts are working, even though there are more than enough employees available

It’s incredibly convenient for visitors arriving by car, especially those coming from nearby neighborhoods, as the parking facility offers free parking for up to three hours and includes sheltered areas to protect you from unpredictable weather. The shopfloor is thoughtfully laid out, featuring popular local stores such as Homeward, Argos, as well as a selection of nearby grocery outlets that cater to everyday needs.

Convenient location right outside Abbey Wood station. Good range of products and shelves mostly well stocked. Great selection of gluten free items. Long queues for checkout.

Overall a decent store and the staff are helpful. Really like the addition of a Costa Coffee. Very good for the area, However, i really think you need to do more in respect to the anti social behaviour that blights the area. Eg invest in more security personnel so there can be more patrols in the car parks. I parked my car here today and i saw a group of men congregating swearing etc and i felt uneasy about leaving my car there. I can understand with the Travellers caravan site next door it doesn't help your cause but i think you should have a collaborative working with the council and police to stop this vermin from making everyone's else's life a misery. If you don't stand up to them they win. Secondly, the males toilets are truly in a sorry state, this seems to be a common theme for many of your supermarkets. You have to understand there are limited toilets available anywhere these days and sometimes people just need to go bathroom and feel comfortable. Even McDonalds do better than you! Sainsbury's your profit is close to £1 Billion pounds so there is no excuse for extra security and refurbishing your toilets!

It is a huge supermarket. It has a lot of variety to buy: food, clothing, home, etc... The prices are regular, you can find offers or maybe there are some very expensive items. However, everything could be validated as good quality. You can park for 3 hours for free. The parking lot is huge. Today, it was the fifth visit and I could notice that the queues to pay are huge... So my positive contribution is that Sainsbury's, you should include more staff to serve people because there are many machines but they don't have many cashiers. It would be ideal to take this last comment into account. Thank you!!!

Nice big store with a huge variety of everything to chose from. Plenty of produce in stock. I rated a 3star because most but nit all of their staff appear unfriendly, and if you ask them to help they will do so but without a smile, felt almost begrudgingly that they had to help and that they didn't like being interrupted.

Store is good but you cannot get up to it without difficulty. At least 1 Lift has been out of order over a year and the second lift OOO on and off. At one time both lifts and the Up Escalator were all out together. Myself and loads of people could not get into the store. There are never any notices outside the door about the problems so you park but have to go back to your vehicle to go elsewhere!

Disappointing experience. The lifts were out of order, when discussing with the entrance security, he told us to use the travelaror, against usage rules instead of using the cargo lift. My partner said she felt like she was going to tip out. Won't be returning to that store in a hurry

Really nice branch. Good selection across the whole range. The store is kept clean and there is free parking. They seem to have issues with the lifts/escalators on a regular basis, that's my only negative. Best doughnuts around! Your Baker deserves a pat on the back!
