Horrible place !
I walked in to buy an e-cigarette, the guy saw me and literally ignored me, no hello, nothing. I just stood there waiting.
When he finally looked at me, he snapped “What do you want???” with the nastiest attitude. I was honestly shocked.
I told him he was an idiot and walked out without buying anything.
I went instead to the place across the street, they’re so lovely, smiling, and cheaper. Total opposite vibe.
Never coming back.

would suggest you all AVOID M11 on the Broadway!! I went to print off my documents and the quality was horrendous (lines all through the pages) I asked the man to fix the printer so I could reprint them and he said "not my problem, the charge is 89p per page". I explained I don't mind the charge but I can't use a print out with lines all through it, he kept saying he doesn't care and demanded I pay. I refused as the quality was really bad so asked him to bin them, he refused to bin them or cross out my personal information which was contained within the documents. He took my documents and hid them under the till, Big GDPR issue and absolutely disgusting customer service!!!

Rat infested, their food section is filthy, and staff are openly hostile and go out of their way to be RUDE, ARROGANT and DISRESPECTFUL to customers.
I went to M11 Local at about 21h00 on Wed 19 Feb 2025 to buy tobacco and some snacks. There was only one staff member behind the till who, for no reason, made unwelcoming and derogatory remarks as I literally walked into the shop. I did not say or do anything to this person, he literally gave me one Iook and decided he was going to be a cant. I thought that perhaps I had walked in as they were closing and he just wanted to get rid of me BUT they only close at 23h00. When I later went to the cashier to pay for the few things I picked up, he refused to sell me tobacco claiming they didn't have any and did not even bother to look, while I could see with my own eyes there was plenty of tobacco behind the counter. So I got fed up and walked out, leaving the items I was going to purchase on the counter, but he then ran out after me and, within earshot of passers-by, started shouting at me, accusing me of stealing a chocolate as if I were some juvenile; I don't even eat chocolate, the experience was so disgusting it was surreal!
When I recounted the experience to my 75 yo neighbor, who is an absolute dear, she told me that they swindled her out of 35 quid. Her card was charged twice, and when she returned to them to show them her card statement, they intimidated her, called her a liar, and threw her out of the shop. DISGRACEFUL!
I used to be a regular at this store BUT this is my third bad experience, so from now on I will do my convenience shopping either at Debden Store OR NISA Local across the street.
AVOID! Thieves who beat up on sweet old ladies, while falsely accusing their own customers of stealing!

Went there today for gas and electricity. The lack of customer service was appalling. Was spoken to extremely rudely by the person staffing the counter. Would absolutely never use this shop again!
