Couldn't buy a drink this morning even though they was in the fridge , staff were rude and stated can't buy drinks in the morning . What's the point being open if you can't buy all products ?!
Usual customer, paid using same card last night with in store code, tried the code just now didn't work no outstanding payments due very disappointing. All this fancy tech and can't even take payment normally, will not be coming back again after wasting my time.
Do not believe Amazon customer service if they tell you that gift card credits can be spent in store if applied to your account. Only physical gift cards accepted. Wasted journey
First time visiting an Amazon Fresh store. Well stocked shop reasonably priced. Felt very wrong walking out without scanning items. Was billed 20 minutes later.
The staff at the Sevenoaks shop are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a pensioner and usually walk my dog in, and around, town. I find it difficult to shop so I do it online, BUT this shop's staff are always willing to help. Someone keeps an eye on my dog, while I do a quick shop. So I'm more prepared to do my shopping at the amazon shop. Lovely fresh food..thanks, keep up the good work.
Brilliant shop for the absolute essentials when all others is closed. Very helpful stuff,but most of the time you don't need them!
Scan a code on your phone, take things off the shelf, walk it. Its that easy. all of my orders were 100% accurate. Staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. Can't beat 2 for $12 proscecco bottles.
Tracks what you pick up and you simply walk out. Disadvantage is you have no idea how much you are spending and might not know until you're miles away.
Digital trap store, getting you used to scanning your device to be allowed to enter to buy food!! If you don’t have the app, you’ll be kicked out! What kind of shop does that to potential customers??!! Boycott if you have any sense!!
Handy shop as it is open from 7am-11pm everyday. Very tasty fresh sandwiches and pretty good ready meals. Would have got a 5 star review if the product range was a little less like a basic supermarket. You need to have an Amazon account to shop here and the Amazon Pay app. Scan the QR code at the front of the shop and get your unique code to scan and get access. Fill up your bag and leave, Amazon automatically bills your account.
