   It's a great shop to go into and buy your regular products and has an easy layout with vast sections. It has a great wine area for your tasty tipple. But you have to pay for parking, though. Easily refunded at the till

   Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the fact that the car park is confusing, with only one hour parking refundable for spending £10+ in Waitrose. However there is no information on parking for blue badge holders, and only one of the ticket machines work with contactless. As a blue badge holder with limited mobility, one hour isn’t enough for big shops, I ended up feeling incredibly rushed as I’d paid for the one hour parking as nothing had indicated it was free for blue badges.

   I suppose everything you'd expect from a waitrose, had all the usual aspects of what Waitrose offer to shoppers and aligned to what I have found at other Waitrose stores. This store served my purpose & I complete semi-regular shopping trips here. Happy to return when I need. Staff are friendly & helpful, which is always an added bonus.

   Free parking on Sunday or after 6 pm Monday to Saturday. All other time, you need to pay for parking first and then claim it back if you went shopping. Free coffee for Waitrose member but you need to bring your own cup. Coffee machines are located on level 2 and level 1. Toilet is located on level 1. There is a Cafe area located on level 2, inside of shopping area.
