   Like the review from drdice1977 I had the same experience with what seems to be the same lady. The lady was no help with a Woosh delivery that was cancelled by a driver then a 2nd Woosh reorder not arrive after an hour. I went to the Tesco to ask if it was there to be told by this lady it isn't and she is not 'picking' it again. Went to the proper Tesco to get my things and when I got home my wife told me the Tesco app changed the order to delivered, obviously it wasn't. This Tesco is staffed by less than capable people, generally lazy.

   All the staff are very polite and helpful, except a lady that has now rude on a few occasions this is on upper Wickham lane on Wednesday the 23rd to describe her she is an African English lady every single time I’ve encountered her I found it to be very rude and I come in the shop a lot and the staff are always very polite to me except for this young lady

   Rude staff!!! & out of date bread!!! AND the big oranges were all mouldy!!! Hence the rudeness of the woman when I mentioned it!!! Sorry you don’t like it but please sort it out!!!

   Good for late night shipping. Mainly for groceries. snacks and meal deals. You can do quick weekly shops there but you will be slightly limited. Staff are okay and not rude so that is a plus.

   Disorganised store, items in the wrong place so the price below an item is actually for another item, long cues if staff are around then they are stocking shelves, (do you really need to wait for the shelves to be empty before adding items?) Never seen more than one person on a till (thank god for self service) Fruit and Veg, is never checked, they have a whiteboard with when it was last check, (its never filled in) i've picked up fruit that been mouldy, once i noticed when i got home and another in the store, oh yes put my finger right in a mouldy orange..

   Its another Tesco Metro, quite small but has all the essentials you need at slightly inflated prices. The worst thing though as mentioned by others is the parking and the all too eager parking wardens that fly by on their mopeds, do not park on the pavement only use the bays provided!!!
