We mostly shop at Tesco. Today we went to Iceland could not believe that certain items were out of date. And still on the shelf. We told the cashier only then she told someone. Very sad we will continue with Tesco. Not be going back to Iceland.
Wrong tone, sorry! Very poor service, at times have to wait or call for a cashier, occasionally very good - wasn't this time.
Staff smoking or vaping, stinking the place out. Absolutely disgusting, ruined shopping experience. Found it difficult to breathe. Iceland needs to look into this.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Shelfs always adequate full. Always have used iceland reasonable priced and i have no problem.
I'm extremely disappointed with the Iceland Chadwell Heath branch. As an Uber delivery driver, I've encountered issues with their staff's willingness to accommodate large orders. When I request to add more drivers to assist with bigger orders, some staff members, particularly a lady named Balgie, are unhelpful and rude. They immediately decline to do and say cancel it without exploring options. Balgie's attitude and work ethic are concerning. She seems uninterested in providing adequate customer service, refusing to assist with tasks like shelf and rack packing. Her laziness is noticeable, and she appears to only focus on till service. This branch was once satisfactory, but over the past 8-9 months, the service has deteriorated significantly. The lack of teamwork and customer-centric approach is disappointing. I hope management takes notice of these issues and addresses them to improve the overall customer experience. *Would not recommend*

Has a good selection of frozen food. Perfect if you need to stock up on freezer items and fresh food available too. The only place to stock frozen puff pastry. found in Iceland not in Sainsbury's, Asda or Tesco which are all nearby. Friendly staff too.
Called the customer service line to report some rude racist stuff, was told it must be done online which requires ALL your personal info. Since then, my phone is spammed with calls, had 7 today. Just checked my call history going back to 3 months, managed to track it to this single phone call. Out of order from a high street store. Be aware.
Great staff and very conveniently located, free parking outside and some good selection of products. Shame no home delivery in this store but that's a blessing in disguise I guess. Also, next door you'll find Lidl, Halfords and a KFC.
