   The shop itself is fine, but the layout of the carpark is a joke. The right of way is unclear on the entrance causing drives to stop and assess. This means that cars end up cueing to get in on the main carriageway. If they just blocked one avenue instead of an unclear no entry sign this would solve the situation.

   Thought by way of a change would try. Fillet steak had ridiculous amount of fat, and packaged so that could not see. Will stick to Lidl. Far better.

   It's always very busy in Aldi and as they don't have self check out tills went early to avoid the queues as I didn't need much. Good value for the items I bought and can understand why Aldi is so popular. The check out girls are lovely and I don't expect they earn a lot. I good experience for me.

   I am very unhappy with the service provided by this supermarket in Crayford. I went to shop there today but there was no trolley for me to use. I did a big shop using a basket. The women at the till told me I am not allowed to take the basket outside. When I asked her how am I supposed to take 4 bags to the car, she said she can’t help and does not want to argue with me about the lack of trolleys outside. Another guy who was working on the till behind her told me to tell other customers to bring trolleys back like it is the customers job to maintain a good queue of trolleys outside the store. What a joke? I asked to speak to the manager who finally brought a trolly for me to take my bags to the car.

   Rude staff checking through every customer’s personal belongings and shopping bags to make sure no one is stealing. Felt so sorry for a very old couple who were hard of hearing and couldn’t understand what woman cashier was saying. Absolutely disgusting!!!
