“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“Great meat and great staff. Meat is always top quality. Unlike supemarkets they will actually cut meat the way you want it and you can buy the weight you want. They also provide some of the more old fashioned cuts. Pies are lovely too!”

“Always worth keeping an eye out for Screwfix offers, can get some great bargains. Prices normally reasonable but sometimes can be found cheaper so research is worth it. Easy parking and quick service. Click and Collect makes for easy transactions.”

“Very impressed with this shop. Looks tiny from the outside but in fact is very spacious with a very good selection of goods. We especially enjoyed the sausages and burgers which are all made on-site. Very friendly service too and reasonably priced for the quality on offer.”

“I went to Waitrose bluewater today with my mum today There today we went to get me a sandwich for me then we went to pay for it I got a tuna mayo sandwich for my lunch today to takeway home with me so I had something to eat for my lunch at home Also I chose something cold to drink with my lunch today I chose fizzy cold water in a bottle to have with my lunch So I had something for me to drink It was so lovely coming back to Waitrose bluewater with my mum today The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very lovely friendly welcoming I had a very lovely second experience there today at Waitrose and partners bluewater with my mum This place gets it’s second 5 out of star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around”

“The shop is full of hard to get items and doesn't serve alcohol. Great service and was very friendly, highly recommended for fresh and no perishable items from all over Africa and the Carribbean.”

“We travelled up from Hastings because we jnew that this mega-store would have mire range and stock for a larger man, i.e. me! And it was true as I, subtly guided by my wife, find a complete new wardrobe (well almost!) foe my size. A great place to shop because of the range of sizez and range of stock.”

“Marks and Spencer is generally a cut above the other conveniences. This is true of the one located in Darent Valley Hospital too. The staff are friendly, and welcoming and the selection is surprisingly good considering it is merely a tiny convenience store. It's best suited to pick up and go purchases, and excels at lunchtime fare. A wide range of the usual sandwiches, great quality, reasonable price also a larger than average offering of plant based meals too. A great little store.”

“Best local shop by far. Car park, a range of items that are always in stock. Brilliant staff also. Contrary to what some people say, it's not over priced! The American items are pricey but what do you expect with import costs plus taxes. Keep up the good work guys”
