   The old security guard is so annoying, as soon as we enter in he was keep staring at us. He was intimidating people with out any proof or issue. Such bad manners and very rude behaviour by security guard.

   Gush the security man is so annoying, keeps intimidating people. Just looking at some fruits to buy and he keeps staring like I’m gonna steal a grape or a banana. Such bad manners, please train your staff appropriately. Whenever I shop in this store I don’t feel welcomed and customer service should be improved, especially annoying security guys.

   I go to this Tesco daily as I live local, never ever had any issues with staff members here. They are all friendly and helpful, I can always have a chat with them while they are providing me with their service. Sidenote: Most of the customers are also friendly and regularly help each other out, eg. If someone has forgotten their clubcard.

   The lady with the glass is so rude ,While people in the queue was chatting with the security guy I didn't bring my club card so I asked her if she put in the card number she refused straight away. That would take only 20 sec max. You have time for chat with your colleagues but no time for serving people. atrocious service

   Just now, a robbery happened in this Tesco at around 8:20pm! A man and a woman entered the supermarket, and they pushed their own cart to the coffee machine. The man broke into the cashier counter, opened the door of the cigarette cabinet roughly, snatched the tobacco and cigarettes in the cabinet, and then jumped on the counter and ran out. The woman grabbed her hair with both hands and screamed, and followed the man to escape from the door of Tesco. Before the staff and customers could figure out what was going on, they ran to the opposite street. Those two people seemed to be around frequently, so everyone must be careful and pay attention to safety! The operator of this supermarket really needs to improve the security measures for valuables, such as adding some security cabinet doors that must be opened by employees swiping cards, delaying the time it takes for thieves to succeed, so that employees and customers have time to react to what happened.

   Saw a shocking incident with a security guard and a poor girl with her son that was clearly picked on and he forcefully went through her belongings, Even a staff member came to aid but the security member was insistent and embarrassed this poor girl, even took her belongings refused to give them back. This security guard is an embarrassment too tesco

   They are lucky that they are getting a 1 star first thing that happened as soon as we walked in we were followed by the security like we are on a job to “rob the joint” the then man that was working was very rude when my wife asked for help with the self scan. I also scanned an item twice and need help with taking one item off and the women was muting under her breath and l looked my wife up and down. I will never use that shop again in my life. We were sat outside in the car waiting for food from somewhere else and the security was stand outside and started on 2 random people walking past

   I've been to this branch a few times but a lady behind the counter name Asma on her badge was very rude, unhelpful and irresponsible each time, I've been waiting for so long while she was chatting with friends discussing family matters all the times. She has been failed to provide at least a fair costumer service. I honestly don't know if she was having a bad day but this was not a way to treat customers. I hope the manager will take notice of this misfortune and sort her out soon. I'll definitely write a complaint letter to the head office too.
