   Every time I place a delivery with this Sainsbury's through deliveroo. The order is always incorrect. I've just received half my items. Yet I've been charged for them. The order is either incorrect or food that goes off on the day. The fresh food quality is also not as good as it used to be.

   Dear Management Team, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the customer service and stock handling at the Chadwell Heath Sainsbury’s branch. I am a regular customer and shop at this store at least twice a week for essentials, including children’s items and milk. On several occasions, customer service staff have advised that the 6-pint blue milk is out of stock and stated that the delivery has not arrived, but have declined to check at the back. However, when I have asked a different member of staff to check, they have been able to bring the milk from the stockroom. This week alone, I visited the store almost every day from Friday to Wednesday for milk and was repeatedly told it was not available without any apparent check being made. Today, another staff member did check and brought out the 6-pint blue milk. This has happened many times before, but I had not previously raised it. I am sharing this feedback so the issue can be addressed and stock made available on shelves when it is in the store, particularly as milk is an essential item for toddlers. I hope management will review this matter and ensure staff follow consistent procedures when customers request assistance.

   I dont know who is the store manager ,but its obviously not on top of his duty. Everyhing is so unorginsed and lots of item was missing, no basket at all 10 am saturday morning, and you should train your staff as well , lack of knowledge of items or any kind of emphaty towards older generation. not the best experince at all. Every month Iam spending lot of money, but will go somewhere else.

   Reasonable size store on the main high road, good size carpack too. Two entrances/exits to the store and we'll place next to bus stop! Good range of items including small home and clothing section and the usual Argos/TU pick up counter too.

   Polite and helpful staff. Not busy at most times. Has decent produce. There is a coinstar as well. Its on the main road so easy access. Has some Tu fashion stuff as well but not a lot.
