   Very unprofessional staff…went their 26/09/2025 friday around 2pm. No greetings nothing else when i said Hi and hello. Even after scanning the product she through the products very disrespectful way. Seems like fed up with her job. Staff was a young girl. Pls give her some training how to treat with customers.

   I haven't visited an Iceland for many years. I was almost in front of the Romford Iceland and needed a couple of bits so popped in. There seemed to be a good variety of produce to choose from. When it came to the checkout, there was one till open, but the store seemed quiet as it was near closing time. At the checkout, there was one lady in front of me. She paid for her goods and then pulled out loads of lottery tickets to be checked, this took forever whilst waiting another 6/8 people joined the que and at no time did the store open another till.

   Only wanted to pick 1 item up ..had trouble finding product ... security was making me feel uncomfortable (i no he was doing his job) no other staff on shop floor ... 1 member of staff on till ..who looked bored ..not interested, scaning food product , but not a smile or interaction with customers , had to wait in line while customers with full trolly loads and baskets got served ..it would have been more fun doing scan and serve your self , but not available at this store.
