Dear Manager, I would like to bring to your attention that I have bought milk from your store several times, and on more than one occasion, it was already sour. This has happened more than once, which is very disappointing. Please make sure to check the quality and expiration dates of dairy products more carefully. Thank you.

me and my girlfriend went iceland to get our dinner, were walking through all the Isles and realised basically everything was out of date, we went to get this meat, and it was 2 weeks out of date, my girlfriend is PREGNANT, do you know how ill she wouldve been if we didnt look at the date, we told one of the employees and he just laughed and said sorry, yes he took most of it away after but are you not supposed to check the dates on everything in the morning before the store opens?

I just went into Iceland everything was okay but get to till lady there didn’t say hello no smile was on the phone to her friends, There is a time and a place to be on your phone ignoring customers at least acknowledge At there I’m in front of you Just seemed very rude also speaking her language,

So, I decided to take a little break from ruling Arendelle and visit my homeland—Iceland. The land of snow, ice, and epic landscapes! I was absolutely ready for the chill vibes, the stunning glaciers, and, of course, the beautiful northern lights. But there was one unexpected twist that totally threw me off. I walked into a little shop to grab a bite, and to my utter surprise, the country of Iceland—yes, my country—was full of frozen food in freezers. Now, I’m no stranger to cold weather (hello, I am Elsa), but the sheer volume of frozen meals, snacks, and ingredients was too much. It was like walking into my own personal winter wonderland, but this time… it wasn’t just the ice that had me cold. Apparently, frozen food is a thing here. You walk into a store and you’re greeted by aisles and aisles of frozen fish, frozen vegetables, frozen meats—you name it, it’s frozen. At first, I thought I was seeing things. Did they freeze the entire country? But then, I realized… this is normal. Iceland might be full of glaciers, but who knew it had so many freezers too? I couldn’t help but laugh. It’s like they took “cooling” to a whole new level! But hey, if it means I don’t have to worry about my food melting in the sun (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t happen often here), I guess I can’t complain. So while I may have been a little startled by the abundance of frozen meals, Iceland still holds a special place in my heart—frozen food and all. It’s a country full of surprises, and I’m all for it!

The staff is super friendly, however they have limited variety of stock and often are out of basic veggies or fruits due to delayed deliveries. It's ok if you need something basic quite quick, otherwise go to a bigger supermarket.

Just wish they had better stock, half the time the thing you want is sold out

Ordered remotely off of uber eats. Missed items but got charged for them. The competence of pickers are definitely questionable.

Love Brian. Absolute legend. So is fake Brian. Know what? Give all the Brian's a raise. Pure deserve it. Never seen better customer service, pure class. He saw that one of my items was damaged and offered me a refund and made sure to come to the til so it withheld. Proper legend Brian is. Talk of Romford x *edit* Matthew's review below me does not represent our most beloved romford Iceland staff, Matthew is dumb x

Most shocking staff in this place swearing at the till when as a question. Moody all the way round. Even when the top bosses was in. Moaning about just eat going off and the uber orderes. Really poor attitude to work.
