   Absolute joke of a shop. Blind leading the blind, the staff all act like they’re on tranquilizers, I waited standing right in front of someone to be served who was off in dreamland, then nobody could find my Argos package; although there was a big pile of carbonated boxed dumped in front of the machine like it’s a bin. They were acting like it was my error when they are the ones who work there. Strangest shop I’ve ever been in. I’ve had to email their head office to claim back for the taxi money I spent going there for nothing.

   Had an incorrect delivery order with the wrong items. Called the store with this concern but the manager was incredibly disrespectful. He was very rude and even hung up the phone while I was explaining. No manners.

   The shop should be closed in 23:00. But they always close in 10,15 min ago I was there and they saw me and they are telling me it's closed. This is a harassment because time have value. Why don't they can stick with there time.

   Don't park round the back as they always have the doors locked due to thefts. You can try and park in the 4 spaces out the front but only when they are not getting a delivery as they block off all the spaces for that!

   Never sends the full order on deliveroo, cigarettes are not cheap and twice now they haven't come in my order !!! And as for a refund you dont get it !! This branch are robbing people of there money!!! When I called the man on the phone was rude and said I would have to wait for my refund, that does not help when I want what I paid for now !!!! The delivery driver even checked his car as he show the item was not in the bag !!! Absolutely shocking service

   this has got to be the worst shop ever, never any staff on the tills or on the shop floor, the self service tills never work, never enough food on the shelfs, and never any decent food it seems to stock the rubbish that no other sainsburys wants... i have to use this from time to time as there is no other supermarket in walking distance...i wish Nisa, Tesco or Waitrose would take this over.. i had to give it 1 star or i could not post but 1 star is way to many for this waste of space

   Stock a lot of items for a small shop. I think the Tesco local and the Nissan up the road stock a bit more items like ice and stir fry. Staff are nice.
