   I was very disappointed with the behaviour of a staff member named Anna. She was extremely rude, and I don’t understand why Tesco would employ someone with that kind of attitude. I hope this matter can be looked into, as customers deserve to be treated with respect.

   This place is absolutely rubbish. The staff, especially those who seem to be in ‘management’ are extremely rude, inconsiderate & down right out of order. It is near impossible to collect a parcel from here & the machine never seems to be working. On the rare occasion I have no option other than to pop in here I always feel disrespected, stressed and frustrated. Tesco’s need to sort this place out. I actually cannot believe that the staff in here are able to speak to people in the way they do and still work for Tesco.

   Over the last few months this place has got worse and worse. Disorganised. Some of the staff are very rude, not all of them but the ones that appear to be senior seem to have an attitude problem. The bakery is always scarce. Costa machine not in full working order most of the time. Bare shelves etc. I'm guessing they recently had a change in management. Tesco need to sort this place out.

   This branch is maintained by all Nepal national staff and they talk always in between their languages. All the food which is reduced they want to keep for themselves they don’t reduce until the end and hid them in shelf. This is not Tesco standard to benefit staff only to take all reductions items specifically when we are going through a tough time with money and expenses. All Tesco reduce items after office hours so people can buy something which is going to be out of date but this one. Really disappointed to see this Nepal people how is taking advantage

   Very poorly stocked, several times each week we have came in here for the last 3 weeks and there has been nothing ready in the bakery and we've been as late as 0800 but normally 0715. Most people start work at 0800 so in my opinion anything breakfast related from the bakery should be at least in the oven by 0700

   Got all the basics that you need and handy for a Sunday when all over shops are closed by 4pm. The only bad thing is everything is more expensive. Not by loads only 10p or so. Still a pain when you have another store 5 mins away and is cheaper.

   This is a small Tesco store with limited product range so is only useful for top up type shopping trips. Tesco as a supermarket need urgently to review their customer rewards scheme as I for one now predominantly use Also and more recently Lidl for most of my shopping, all due to Tesco reducing their customer benefits package. So if there is not benefit why would you want to pay their prices?

   My partner and I are currently in Rainham visting family and we're both impressed by the daily service that is given to my partner's mother, when she shops here. The staff are very attentive towards her and she appreciates this and is always praising them.
