   Highly recommend S4 for both adults and kids! Both my children learnt with S4 and having spent many hours poolside watching them learn to become very competant swimmers, I literally took the plunge myself and joined up to the adult classes at Streetly. I went from being nervous and not being able to put my head in the water to literally doing tumble turns in the class this week! The teachers are fantastic and a big shout out to Heidi for all her patience and encouragement to keep me pushing the boundaries!

   Both of my children have been with S4 in Castle Vale for about 2 years now. Neither of them could swim proficiently, but now they are both swimming and diving to the bottom of the pool and are being challenged in their distance and technique! The instructors have been caring while also being firm in their safety. My children are always happy to go into the pool for their lesson and Libby and Tom keep things running smoothly. Would happily recommend!

   S4 swim school are fantastic, they have small group sessions with great teacher to child ratio. They make the lessons fun whilst learning. My daughter has become so co fident over a very short time. They run competions where you can win a free terms worth of swimming and yes people do actually win, WE DID!!!! Can't thank Ryan and libby enough. Would definitely recommend and they use a good variety of pools too

   I recommend S4 to anyone looking for a swim school. We switched from another school and I'm so glad we did. I have two children with S4 Swim School currently. I see an improvement week on week with my youngest and although he wasn't always keen he leaves having enjoyed every session. His group size is small, which I like, and there's always two instructors; one in the water and one out. He has become water confident and a fast, competent swimmer. My eldest attends S6 training and she has now mastered more swim styles than me! Her technique is amazing and she's developed skills and a love of swimming that will stay with her for life.

   My daughter absolutely loves going to S4 Swim School. She was a complete non-swimmer when she started last year. Her time with S4, with their high ratio of staff to pupils, has seen her gain confidence and technique, whilst at the same time having fun and making friends. She is now confident at jumping into the water, can swim unaided for a little way, knows how to float on her back and is not scared on going underwater! Wish I could say the same. As an organisation, S4 is very easy to communicate with and have a clear progression structure for the journey of the kids in the school. Speaking to other parents at the class, they feel the same way and feel that the safety of the pupils is always at the forefront which is so reassuring. Highly recommended.

   Awful experience with this swim school. Booked my 4 year old her first swim lessons with S4 swim school based at blythe bridge high school. It was advertised online all swimming aids would be provided. On her first lesson it was advised swimming aids are not provided. They did provide a pool noodle however this was not attatched to a child and not enough to keep a child afloat. Instructors were on hand to support the children from oneside of the pool to the other however when the instructor moved onto another child my daughter had to cling on to the side of the pool trying to stay afloat. The pool in the shallow end was 1.6 metres deep and went to 2.8 metres deep. My daughter was petrified and was pulled out of the pool to stop any distress. Not happy about her first lesson we brought our own swimming disks for her next lesson to support her in becoming confident in the water. To my amazement I was advised by the Franchise owner he would not allow my daughter to swim whilst wearing the bands as it was against his philosophy. Please be aware when booking with this swim school the methods of teaching is to survive in the water straight away without aids so not suitable for first time swimmers.
