   Was shopping at Rainham Tescos in RM13 9YZ when myself and a friend where we went to purchase a few items along with a paracetamol and ibuprofen for the friend that was with me and a lemsip max for myself. The self checkout started beeping and one british white lady walked over and said you cant take 3 of these items you can only take 2. For the convenience we put this under one shopping however upon being notified i was happy to get my friend to pay his on his own, at which stage another very old british white lady again came shouting in a RUDE tone and voice stated you can not buy this your together as your family. This was horrifying to begin with, so the first question i have to ask, is everyone of the same colour skin the same family, is she that small minded to make such a RACIST judgement without any questions asked. i then walked over to the pharmacy side where she had followed me shortly after and from a distance shouted like an uneducated individual do not serve him hes already been told, i was politely told by the member of staff at the pharmacy to go to the customer service area where they can try and resolve this which was explained and addressed in a very nice manner. Once i got to the customer service center and i started explaining this to the lady standing there the old white lady reappeared as if she was following me around like some criminal stating "YOU PEOPLE" have been told already. YOU PEOPLE?? This triggered a very emotional response from myself and i wondered what type of society we live in to be confronted in a RACIST manner by an uneducated prehistoric dinosaur living in such racist times. This older woman along with SEVERAL other STAFF REFUSED to give there names, not a single staff member had a name badge on and claimed under GDPR they do not need to give the names so making it impossible to identify such a racist disgusting individual living amoungst our society. I then asked to speak to the duty manager AMAR who was of very little help, REFUSED to give the names of those invovled and REFUSED to answer why no one had a name badge on and how they have all now removed themselves from being made accountable at all, when i further questioned the DUTY MANAGER AMAR about being refused he stated its because we have already been told and as we are together, this BEGS the QUESTIONS all individuals who shop together classed as a FAMILY and can not do their own shopping, must we come in on our own, i have NEVER Seen such a policy anywhere before and would be interested for TESCO to show these conditions. This incident took place at 8pm on Saturday evening in the month of December. There was a secuirty gaurd who also mentioned that there was apparently several other complaints put in against this individual i can only describe as an Old lady in her 60s British White with short hair whom can be seen on CCTV as being a disgusting, uneducated woman in a customer service enviroment who needs more than training to settle her into this amazing MULTICULTURAL SOCIETY that we live in. This woman is a clear example of a RACIST sad individual and also displays the type of people TESCO have hired and happy to keep on their payroll, utterly disgusting and sad times we live in.

   The supermarket is quite big, and can be convenient to people who either reside or near the town. You could easily go there to buy whatever you need. They sell majority of the products, but what I'm not satisfied is that they don't sell different types of noodles. For example, I love Korean noodles but unfortunately, they don't have them in stock at all. They should consider selling various noodle brands.

   I shop at Rainham Tescos every Friday with my elderly Mum. The shelves are always well stocked and the staff are very helpful & pleasant. My 5 stars go to one member of staff who serves us most weeks. Carol is so friendly and very considerate. My Mum purposely looks out for her 'till' because Carol is patient, helpful and is just really nice. My Mums 94 so she appreciates Carols kindness.

   Rainham Tesco Extra is a very convenient supermarket located near Rainham C2C train station, with easy access from the A13 motorway. Its location makes it highly accessible for both commuters and local residents. This Tesco Extra appears to be larger than the one in Beckton, offering a wide range of products. While the size is a plus, the store layout could be improved it's sometimes difficult to find specific items, and the organisation could be better. Despite this, it remains a practical and useful option for everyday shopping. There's also a petrol station located right next to the store, adding to the overall convenience. The customer service has consistently been very good during my numerous visits, which enhances the shopping experience.

   The store is pretty good overall, with plenty of parking that makes it easy for shoppers. The staff I met were really friendly and helpful, which definitely made the experience better. But there’s a major issue that makes visiting this Tesco a bit of a hassle. There’s a group of people who often hang out near the cash machines, drinking and causing a bit of headache. Sometimes they even approach customers asking for money, which can be awkward. Because of this, it’s tough to feel comfortable, especially around the cash machine area where it happens the most. It would definitely help if management could do something about this issue to make shopping better for everyone.

   I recently visited the Tesco market and was very pleased with my overall experience. The cashiers worked quickly and efficiently at the checkout and I was able to do my shopping in no time. The store was well-stocked with a wide selection of groceries, including always fresh fruits and vegetables. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to find everything I needed, and I was happy with the quality of the products. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality groceries at a good price.

   Absolutely appalling service. Frankly no service. 2 people on tills. I asked if they were going to open more tills as the queues were ridiculous being told by a supervisor to go and use self service. I had a trolley completely full. Had I only had a few items not a problem. Tesco is over priced, never much stock, now you have to check out your own food. That's me finished. Aldis from now on.

   Tesco is a very big super market where you can get almost anything ranging from children clothes to adults, groceries, vegetables gifts items kitchen items, a restaurant, phones and phone accessories, electronics etc. The park space can accommodate 100s of cars and their services is fast with a tight security in place.

   Mostly every time I shop here I have to wait in billing queue. Thought they have 31 checkout/pay point they only open 8-10 don’t know why. I guess They prefer to keep customers waiting in queue.
