It's good to close be late, all supermarkets close early thank this store, but this store has good timing for closing specially for working people who works till late night. We can purchase groceries from there after finish the work.
Good.stock.of.voth fresh and cupboard.staples; great prices and enough.free parking for enough time...Would.give it 5.star.but sometimes not.kept.as.well.stocked as it could

The staff here are lovely, The store always well stocked. Good deals available and multiple tills open as well as self serve. Home delivery is let down, items not available that are available in store and late deliveries with no courtesy call.
Very rude young girl doing the self service. my husband tried to have a laugh about looking over 18 to have beers authorised she obviously no sense of humor, and was very rude. Of course she thought it was normal to react like she had a chip on her shoulder, i pointed out that she was rude, and if youre gonna speak to people like that, she should expect a response. Very poor customer service!!
I love a iceland why because you never no what you may find from cathedral citie bakes to Greggs you can do at home from amazing frozen food a good array of fresh produce and derserts especially at Christmas the place to go staff very freindly and helpful at this iceland and this one is huge and lots of product choices clean tidy and modern the new freezers add to the modern sharp look
It's spacious and tidy but the queues were rather long and self checkout was a bit tightly packed so there wasn't much room to a really self-checkout easily. Staff were friendly and helpful albeit a little slow on service.
I've been having home delivery for year's now with Iceland. Being disabled the driver always brings it in put shopping on worktop so it's easy for me to put away. Until today, the diver must be new, very rude said he can't bring it in as not allowed. I did call shop to complain. Store manager was lovely said he was sorry. And he would have a word with this driver. He was a horrible man, very miserable too. Not like the lovely man I normally have.
