   Visited Tesco Esso Express on 16/12/25, Romford around 9-9:30am after a night shift. I apologised for forgetting the pump number and gave my car registration and fuel amount to help. The cashier was rude and dismissive, repeatedly questioning how I could forget it 5 minutes and speaking in an accusatory way. I’m not expecting special treatment, but basic professionalism and kindness are the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience.

   I love this convenient Tesco Express I find all the staff very friendly and helpful. My favourite is Waqas he always says hello. Shelves always being stacked. Staff work hard.

   No gloves in The dispensers. No large cups for the coffee. The station is empty, and staff would definitely had enough time to restock missing items.

   Loads of products. For a service station market it is a good size. A little tight inside but then has loads of choice. A number of self service tills that you can use if you don't have fuel. All in all a good tesco express

   I've never known staff to be so rude. Every time I visit (I live down the road) the staff never acknowledge you, never say please or thank you. Most of the time they're talking to eachother while scanning your items and unceremoniously throwing them on the counter. Diabolical service. And it's consistently bad.

   As a tesco, as I've never bought petrol there it's ok. Not always fully stocked, but this isn't for the lack of trying. The staff seem to always be stacking shelves, at the till or busting themselves. I'd imagine due to the location the grocery side of things are neglected. I wouldn't go in there for a full shop, who would? However for a quick grab and go it isn't the worst place.

   Convenient and well located Store, generally well stocked and run. Queues can sometimes get a little long but that's to be expected. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Have been using this Store for ~11 years now.
