   Just done a full trolley shop at Aldi Kings hill, asked if they could open up a till as other people with trolleys wanted to pay aswell and got told by some woman no one available and to unload on a self pay till which is not suitable for a full trolley. But I did any way with shopping falling on the floor which I would not have paid for if it got broken. Point is Aldi top management train your staff in customer care as I'm sure you know we are keeping you in business, several people would have liked to unload there large amount of shopping on to a proper conveyor belt till rather than being told they couldn't. Hope someone actually reads this and acts on it.

   In light of everything increasing in cost, it's good that some food stores can manage to get produce to you at a more than reasonable price... The only minor annoyance is the minimal deployment of checkout staff, it can be a problem....

   A lovely sized shop, with plenty of food and a large crazy aisle. Has every you expect, except an in-house bakery. Car park is good - lots of nice wide spaces, and a few EV charging points - all of which seem slow chargers, so unlikely to top your car up much whilst you shop

   Nice new store .Bet no staff always only 1 or 2 tills opened. Disgusting for nice new store. I am in my 70,s and partially sighted and hate using automatic tills. Please please employ more staff

   Been shopping at this new store in kings hill about 6 weeks ....food is fantastic, I get a huge canvas shopping back for the whole week for under £40 and the meat stays fresh for at least 5 days , unlike other food companies that goes out if date in two days. But the staff are amazing , they are funny , helpful and always remember you , have good banter at the checkouts with them . Highly recommend this store.
