   Just moved to the area and after visiting this store a hand full of times I can tell you now I’ll be avoiding as much as possible and only visiting if I have too. Followed by security down every aisle, he was not even trying to hide it the fact he suspected me. He had no reason to suspect anything about me as I was just popping in for milk and had never been to the store before. Can only assume it’s because I’m black? Ironically so was he????? Been back a few time and it’s 50/50 if I leave the store feeling like….”why do I spend my money in there” One particular guy is the rudest but generally all the staff Ive encountered are unfriendly, lazy slow and it seems intentionally unhelpful. Reading the other reviews it now makes sense. Avoid and go Sainsbury’s instead….much nicer experience.

   The staff there are very helpful and kind , it’s a pleasure to come here! Shelves are always restocked and they always manage to get something from the back if it’s not on the shelves, even if it’s busy! They remember customers and always smile , its a nice atmosphere to shop at.

   Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a member of staff. She watched my brother walk around the store, filling his basket and when he got to the self check out, she took it upon herself to just walk over and scan an item she picked up herself. A pot of vaseline, and then walk away with it. Increasing theprice he needed to pay. When he questioned her, she accused him of stealing vaseline (despite the fact he was clearly paying for everything in his basket). When he toom his vaseline out of his pocket to prove to her it was his own, she took the charge off, and didn't even apologise. Didn't expect this kind of racial profiling and will be making a formal complaint against this woman. She has no business working there. Disgraceful!

   I cannot understand where is it going with tesco express in Armada shopping centre. How many not healthy food can be sold here? Where is the management looking? Why are you selling the food which is not good to be used for public. Probably will need to look to other institutions to report.

   Me and my husband walked in store 11.45am in Store to collect few food items. Old Security guy wouldn't let us in and said the store is closed . Even though we still had time to get couple of items. We insisted to get in and quickly got few things while staff was still pastoring us . We were leaving the store by checking out around 11:57. A young security guard who was also hurrying us and started following us and was acting very strange. My husband said that this isn’t customer service and you should treat us like humans. This Young security guy had angry look in his eyes. He took his vest off and decided to attack my husband . My husband ran from Tesco exit door but he also ran after him so he can attack him. He was saying that he would punch him and he is not wearing uniform so he will attack him while he was still in Tesco. I tried to stop him and said that I will call the police. he also leaned towards me to attack me so I had to also run . This maniac chased us from Tesco to Macdonald and then he was still running and chasing us down to lakeside retail park at middle of night so he can attack and takes his frustration out on us . We finally lost him by running fast but I I was so scared of this experience and on the fact that how come Tesco would hire such kinda horrible and maniac people . Tesco should have the security footage of this whole incident.I was so scared for my life.Tesco should screen their staff and should get rid of people like this for the safety of their customers. It’s my local Tesco so I don’t know where else to shop If I don’t feel safe going there.

   Better than your average Tesco store, it's quite big and offers its clothing line, electronics and other useful products for the house. The groceries sections are also clearly labelled. Car parking is free and easy as 1-2-3. The car wash is also good. Recommend!
