   Popped into this travel agents to see if they could help me book a last minute trip for my partner and I and I found the women in there (bar one) to be particularly unhelpful and condescending. Whenever I have gone with travel agents before they normally want to help and nothing is too much - not this place. They more or less told me I won’t find anywhere with the amenities I’m looking for at such short notice which isn’t true. I’d recommend going direct to TUI down the road who are far much more helpful and experience. 1 star.

   Popped in to Imp Travel to book our family holiday and spoke to an older lady with glasses, she wasn't very inviting at the beginning but we persevered and tried to ask questions...she didn't seem to know a great deal and said she wasn't allowed to tell us certain things because things change she said...but as soon as she found out we were not vaccinated her behaviour changed and she didn't want to know and wouldn't really help us so we went elsewhere and spent £6000 on a holiday with another travel agent who couldn't be more helpful regardless of vaccine status.
