Took the grandchildren here to wear them out. They love it here. It was quite busy. Jug of juice reasonable for them, and coffee nice too
Overall: 2/5 Stars I held my child's birthday party at this venue, and unfortunately, it was a mixed experience. While the party hosts were incredibly helpful and the kids genuinely enjoyed themselves, there were several significant issues that need addressing. Firstly, the placement of the sweet cones was poorly managed. They were placed in front of the children at the beginning of the party, only to be told they couldn't eat them there. This led to unnecessary disappointment and tears. Secondly, the cake I had paid £80 for was ruined by the staff. They cut it and wrapped it in tissue, damaging the fresh cream decoration. I was not informed beforehand that we couldn't eat the cake at the venue. Additionally, a knife was left unattended on the table, posing a safety risk to the children. In hindsight, I regret paying for the full party package. Considering the issues we encountered, I would have been better off simply paying for entry. Overall, the party felt disorganized and poorly managed, turning what should have been a joyful occasion into a stressful one.
Had my sons party here last weekend 15/11, we went for private hire 6-8pm. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they was very helpful and attentive, food was great! Will definitely be back again for a private hire!
Amazing experience at Magical Castle Soft Play in Cleethorpes. The place is spotless, well run, and full of things that keep the kids moving for hours. Staff are friendly and switched on, which makes the whole visit feel easy and safe. The play areas are bright, well designed, and perfect for a wide range of ages. The café is reasonably priced and the food is better than you expect from a soft play. My kids came out grinning and already asking when we are going back. Strongly recommend it for a stress free family outing.
The best soft play we have been to in the area for babies and toddlers. A huge baby area with its own ball pools and lots of space to crawl around.
Well organised and clean. We didn't order any food but had a big jug of juice for £2 that the girls were happy with. Only problem I found was the area for 4years and younger was a bit tame for the 3 year old and the other area was all a bit much for the 6 year old. Would be great for a parent who may be able to climb well enough to go around with them but not for a grandma who isn't able to do that. So it's good value for money but just check that your children can take advantage all it has to offer
Wonderful indoor playground. Biggest climbing frames we've ever seen. Great fun and great food too.
Took little one today she is 3. She has had the best time. The area is huge compared to our usual soft play we visit.The play area is spotlessly clean. The food is good and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were clean. Just a all round lovely place for the kids. Staff were super friendly we would highly recommend.
Took the kids yesterday and this place was amazing, it is the biggest indoor play zone we've been to. The main area for the 8yr old was absolutely brilliant for him.....the separate area for our 2yr old was amazing for her, so much to do.....we will definitely be going back.
Came here today with my little lad, free parking and Play area is massive! my little lad really enjoyed himself only dislikes are... Que to get In, que for food and drink especially at the start of your session and adults was charged £1 each entry with I don't get! Child was charged £6.95 for 2 and half hours which is not bad. As you can see some drinks can work out expensive if you got few kids we nipped in shop nxt door cans of pop 70p! your not allowed to bring food and drink in with you but this is my money saving tip!
