   My son recently sustained a severe head injury near this venue after slipping and falling his friends panicked and closest people to help them were the bouncers of this venue. I’m not sure on his name as his friends are European but I believe it was either Joel or Paul again could be wrong I do know they said he had a lot of tattoos. Paramedics & hospital staff stated to me and husband that the first aid given to also stop the bleeding is what has allowed my son to have the ability to still speak and walk! I have tried emailing and calling the venue as myself and husband would like to personally thank the bouncer. If this can be arranged let me know.

   Really enjoyed my time here on Saturday! Can’t complain at all, lovely friendly staff and didn’t have to wait long for a drink either. I’d say probably the cheapest of places we’d had a drink as well! Definitely coming back

   One of our favourite places for a boogie in York. Banging music, service us good. Only feedback was the toilets which were a state and could so with someone cleaning them up every hour. Whilst u understand its a late night pub not all of us are 18 and can't handle our ale so having a pee in a cleaner place is always appreciated
