I’ve used this shop many times. And you couldn’t ask for a nicer bunch of guys than those who work there. They’re always helpful and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
Good selection of products but never open when they say they are, by Google or by the opening times in the window. Edit: my first review was left 2 months ago. It’s currently 07:15am and once again the store has its shutters down but Google says it’s open. Unreliable. As I’m writing this a guy in a hoodie has walked up and only just opening the shutters, no doubt there will be newspaper bundles strewn across the floor with little regard to trips and slips. went into JK MINIMARKET to return an Amazon parcel, and the experience was appalling. When I politely asked "Hi, can you please return this for me?", the staff member didn't even greet me - he just pointed rudely at the machine with a finger. When I asked how to use it because the instructions weren't clear, he spoke to me like I was an idiot, barking basic steps at me in a condescending tone. My QR code wasn't scanning properly, but when I asked for help twice, he completely ignored me and started serving another customer instead. The worst part came when I handed him my unsealed return envelope (which had been perfectly acceptable the last time I made a return here). He grabbed it with just three fingers like it was something disgusting, waved it in the air mockingly, and sneered "Is this how you're going to return it?!" The whole experience was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I've never been treated with such contempt by any business before. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being talked down to and treated like dirt. I have so many friends living in Greenwich and westcombe park I have asked all of them to never go there again. This was 30th march at 12:15 pm
Great experience! I didn’t understand the parcel service, but the explanation was really great! Been to other shops where they treated me in a rude manner when asking for an explanation, thank you once again, will be coming here more often! They also have a great selection of American sweets!!
I don't know what to say about others reviews but my experience here was always positive. They are a small shop but they have some good products.
Rude staff do not get parcels sent to this shop very unhelpful and unprofessional! Was told to wait outside why she looks for my parcel because the shops small and I had my baby in a pram because there was a que of others waiting she wanted to serve them before me even though I was there first and I let her serve a customer but I'm there for a reason and not waiting all day to serve everyone! Will avoid shop now. Also ripping people off £10 for a drink that's £1.99
Got sold fake stamps here, reported it but never got my money back. Overall has all the basics but still, don’t recommend buying stamps here.
