After booking my tickets for Aladdin earlier this, year online, I realised I needed to print them out. But not having a, printer I called in to the tourist office where the lovely lady behind the counter said she could print them out for me with no charge. I was highly delighted and couldn't thank her enough for solving my problem. I would highly recommend their services.

Having decided to go and see this year's "Sleeping Beauty " Christmas Panto at the Winding Wheel Theatre.I initially went to the Theatre itself to try & book tickets @the Box Office, with doors firmly locked a window poster gave details about the box office being inside the Visitor information centre, luckily I knew its location wasn't too far away set in the shadows of the famous Crooked Spire Church .Once inside the information centre I received a very pleasant welcome & helpful service with my inquiry.Once I had mentioned a chosen day & time of the Panto id like to attend, ticket availability was soon checked with the monitor screen being turned around for me to choose from the available seats. Then asked for my name/address,phone no & email details etc. Payment can be made by cash or card .I was able to book the 3 seats required & tickets were printed @the time of my visit .I couldn't fault the very informative booking experience i received at the time & look forward to watching the "Sleeping Beauty " Panto itself .

Medium sized information centre, next to the Crooked Spire Church. Well stocked with tourist information publiciy material for numerous visitor sites in and around the local area. Books, maps and memorabilia for sale. Information Office staff very committed to their jobs and make every one individual despite the high demands and pressure on them. They are doing a wonderful job all the time. Highly recommended. Well worth a visit and browse.

Excellent place to visit for information about and around Chesterfield. The " manned " desk operatives are really knowledgeable and they will even book you events that are going on near by. You can't miss the place it's opposite Chesterfield Parish Church. You know the one with the crooked spire

Useful even for residents of Chesterfield like myself, for traveling around the town or into places like the peak district. With numerous information pamphlets available to take. The interior is clean and welcoming with a few items available to purchase from what would usually be classed as a gift shop. Only four stars because not absolutely everything is perfect. For example, I requested a map of the Five Pits walking trail. Although the information was provided, the map was only a photocopy and relatively poor quality despite it's usefulness.
