It was a good atmosphere, I went to enroll my daughter for college so I haven't had much experience on the day to day activities, but the 1st impression was actually a good one.

I went there for enrollment. The stuff are genuinely loving and helpful. They care and do their job passionately. I'm excited to be apart of a great environment.

I did an enrollment for Traveling and Tourism, this lady with blonde hair, was extremely rude towards me and my mother. She started asking me questions, if I knew what travel and tourism meaning, and asking what a flight attended do. What questions are those? To a student who just came from school and giving me inappropriate questions? Unacceptable behavior. I'm interested in the course, I would love to learn more about it. This behavior Unacceptable for a student. She started judging from my status. Extremely rude lady. I wouldn't be happy seeing her anytime soon.

CRAP COLLEGE - If you need help, they will NOT give it to you, they don’t want to see you thrive, yes this is aimed at the exam officers. Please please please for your own sake do not go to this college they only care about the funding they get for students but not the actual students and their futures!! I wanted to resit an exam because I needed the grade for uni. I SHOWED PROOF and they still wouldn’t let me resit purely because I got a pass and I didn’t FAIL. I’m sorry but why do I have to FAIL to be able to resit, I find this extremely unfair. What makes it so funny is that i didn’t even know I wasn’t able to resit until 3 days before the exam. All this time I thought I would be an exception since I showed proof of the specific grades I needed for uni. No one ever told me that I couldn’t do the exam so I had been doing revision for about a month just for me to find out 3 DAYS before the exams that I wasn’t able to resit, another problem is that none of the exam officers or teachers said a word to the classes about how you couldn’t resit the exam. This college thinks the best for you is a pass and nothing else even if you want more for yourself or because you actually need the grade. Furthermore when applying to UCAS the career adviser was gone, so many people were struggling to find someone to submit their applications to the uni’s and there were hundreds of applications not being sent off even though the personal statements and references were done. Thanks a lot to Francis he really helped us to send off my application, without him It would have been sent off last minute or even after the deadline. Just don’t go here, go Joseph chamberlain or something, I have friends that go there and that college actually helps and is a lot more serious and they are also letting their students resit to achieve their full potential and not just capped at a pass!!!!!. . Also another small problem they are barely any sits around the college, I literally have to sit on the floor to eat lunch because of the lack of seats. This college needs to change !!

A college that breaches your rights. Applied for a course which was online. The admin team requested copy of my ID with me sending a picture of myself at the same time via non secure email. This I found strange and there was no paper work to indicate this was even the rules of this college. So I requested where in the terms and conditions it states I must be doing this. A staff member took great offence of being challanged on the data protection issue by banning me from doing any courses at BMET. This alone is discrimination and a very petty behaviour from staff who feel they must not be questioned. The DPO has on purposed breached the rights of my Subject Access Request by not complying to my request. 30 days is provisioned by the Information Commissioners Office and this not fit for purpose department failed to send me the information requested. When you chase up the DPO they start wanting to tell you ICO rules and then ask for an extension of time which is permitted under ICO rules and is for another 60 days. Well today is day 113 from when my SAR was requested and this not fit for purpose DPO has exceeded the legal ruling from the ICO so they can hide the evidence that I have requested. I have now sent in a complaint to the ICO about this not fit for purpose organisation. Beware BMET and record your interations. If I could give no stars then this would be my choice based on the discriminating service recieved.

I'm currently in my second year of forensic science, these two years have been the best years I remember in education. My experiences in secondary school left me without faith in education, and I had no intention of continuing to university. Now I do all work to the best of my ability and have been offered and unconditional place at the university of Lincoln. All of my teachers have helped massively to encourage me and help with any problems I have had, this has helped me become much more confident and determined. I'm very grateful for everyone in the college for being so supportive and friendly during my time here.

I have been student here for quite a long time and I feel safe and secure around the campus, Dan and his team doing a great ensure that everyone feels the same. The staff members are very friendly and kind, and are always ready to help the students. My overall experience at the college is great and would definition recommend the college to future students.

I am in my second year of A levels at Sutton college, studying maths, psychology and anthropology. My experience at this college has been amazing - the teachers make the lessons interesting and always ensure that everyone understands the content, and support each individual student to achieve their potential. Furthermore, my teachers have been extremely supportive in terms of some personal problems I've been having, and have gone out of their way to support my own wellbeing. I have also found that there is a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the college.

Have been an A level student here since September 2015 and have found my overall experience good. Teachers are supportive and overall standard of teaching is high. Head of A-levels and psychology teacher James Mathias is excellent, providing good course structures and materials.
