This Lidl was a really disappointing experience. The store is very dirty, and there are only a few self-checkout machines β€” not all of them work, and the ones that do are greasy and unpleasant to use. On top of that, there was some kind of alarm or siren going off constantly in the store. After just five minutes of that noise, I ended up with a terrible headache, which made shopping very uncomfortable. The only positive side was the staff. They were very kind, positive, and helpful, which definitely made things a little better. Unfortunately, everything else about the store needs serious improvement

Lidl at Bulls Bridge Industrial Estate in Heston is easily one of the most impressive branches around. The store layout feels spacious, with noticeably wide aisles that make browsing comfortable and stress-free, especially compared to other supermarkets. Shelves are well-stocked and products neatly presented, which adds to the sense of care and organisation. The fresh bakery is a standout, offering a tempting selection that is always well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness is striking β€” there isn’t a scrap of rubbish in sight, which really sets the tone for a pleasant shopping experience. What makes this store even more remarkable is how accessible and convenient it is. Parking is straightforward and hassle-free, and the thoughtful design of the store makes it especially welcoming for wheelchair users or anyone who needs extra space to shop comfortably. It feels like Lidl’s flagship branch, combining quality, practicality, and attention to detail in a way that enhances every visit. For anyone in the area, it’s not just another supermarket β€” it’s a genuinely enjoyable place to shop.

The store itself is excellent with a great range of products, but the car park is chaotic and nightmare. To driving out of the car park is slow and stressful. Watch the 120 minutes maximum stay, because can take 1 hour to drive out from there. Never use this store again!

I wish I could give 0 stars for the racism and disappointing service received today. After waiting for 10 minutes in a long queue at the till I was told by the security guard that the till is closing and I should go to the back of the queue at another till where the queue was starting from the back of the aisle. When I asked to speak to the manager to find out why there was no sign here to inform customers that the till is closed and we are being told to queue at another till after waiting at this till for 10 minutes. The security guard then told me that "don't fight with me here, go back home and fight", firstly I was not fighting at all, I was only asking to speak to the manager to give feedback and ask a few questions. The security guard was not the right person to speak to, which is why I wanted to speak to the manager. The racism from the security guard who looked like he was from Nepal/Asia and telling me to go back home was not justified at all. Whilst this was going on, another customer started complaining about the same thing that the security guard is telling customers who have been waiting in a queue at a till for 10 minutes to go to the back of the queue at another till. I will be writing to Lidl to raise a formal complaint and I hope Lidl staff including security guards especially in this store will be trained to provide a reasonable level of customer service.

"I've been shopping at Lidl for a while now, and it's by far the most convenient grocery store in my area. I love the huge variety of productsβ€”from everyday essentials to unique items, they always have something new. The best part is the price; it's significantly cheaper than other supermarkets, and you don't have to compromise on quality. The parking is also a big plus, as there are always plenty of spaces available. It makes a quick trip a breeze."

I recently visited the Lidl shop located just a 5-minute walk away from other grocery stores like Tesco Extra. The store is bigger than most inner London Lidl stores and has almost the same kind of products available, but with more quantities. I found the location to be convenient, although the overall road might not be that walk-friendly due to traffic lights, road maintenance, and narrow paths. One of the downsides of my shopping experience was the long queue at the self-checkout, which took me about 10 minutes with four people in front of me. However, this was mainly due to the payment machine not being user-friendly enough, and people had to get manual support from the staff to finish their checkout. Overall, I would give this Lidl shop a four-star rating. The store is conveniently located, and its size and variety of products are impressive. However, the long queue at the self-checkout can be a frustrating experience, especially when the payment machine is not user-friendly enough.

This store is filthy, spillages left to fester on the floor for what looks like days. Makes the shop look unhygienic not what you want when shopping for food, food in the fridge’s out of date some things out of date by a week. Shelves always empty, lots of things have wrong price tickets or no prices at all, I would avoid this shop like the plague if I were you.

Perhaps we just came at a bad time, but the shop was a bit of a mess. Granted it had the usual value range of pretty decent products and the staff appeared friendly enough. The shop was not that busy compared to some other local branches of the chain, but we needed to wait some time to be served. Also so much mess was lying around on the floor and things blocking the corridors, such that nobody who was ina wheelchair would be able to get around. A great range of products at a decent price, helpful staff, but the rest of the shop is a bit of a mess.

I like this Lidl, it's cleaner (than others) and one can normally find parking with ease during the week. The only negative about this Lidl is that their baking section is very much lacking. You can hardly ever find croissants, doughnuts and Brownies. Not only on the shelves, but even when the shelves are bare, nothing is being baked in the ovens, either. Which isn't ideal, as one then has to go elsewhere to complete one's shop. Please could you do something about the baking section?

Your employee Maya was truly nice and amazing to me this evening! She was alone and having to deal with many customers at the same time, helping with self checking out and the till. She was so helpful and so nice, always smiling. Ans when I was about to tell her this, another lady said exactly the same thing. As many stars available as I would have to rate her, I would truly give her. Congratulations Maya! Your supervisor needs to reward you.
