   I recently visited Ocean Superstore in Hayes, and here's my honest experience.Convenient Location: Situated near Hayes & Harlington station, it's easy to pop in for a quick shop. Friendly Staff: Aman, the evening worker, was particularly helpful and polite, making the shopping experience pleasant. inconsistent Customer Service: While Aman was excellent, other staff members exhibited varying levels of helpfulness, which could affect the overall shopping experience .I have noted that the store could benefit from improved cleanliness and organization.

   It happened to me few years ago when I was picking up my Amazon order from them. The level of rudeness and incopetence was pretty astonishing even considering what indian shopkeepers commonly have to offer. They didn't know how to scan the barcode and used 2£ from my phone credit to send text messages whithin the family to find out. Thick and ignorant :(

   Useless, rude and unhelpful.. Booked and paid for an 11kg parcel 66x50x50cm with UPS/Parcelhero and drop off at Ocean Superstore Hayes. Went there walking in the cold and snow only to be told they don't accept parcels that big as there is no space, not even if I came back first thing in the morning. Ignored my further questions and served his next customer. Didn't seem at all bothered that I was covered in snow having lugged this parcel to his shop and would have to lug it back home. What a joke! If you can't accept parcels UPS approves and books for drop off then don't be a drop off agent. Had to get an Uber for £5 to an agent that did accept it (Western Cash and Carry Southall), who laughed when I told him about my experience with Ocean. And UPS/Parcelhero need to sort this out so others don't waste their time and money.
