   The man at the self checkouts is the single rudest man I have ever met. Regardless of the day, time etc, he is still horrendously rude. A please and a thank you is not a difficult task.

   I think the store is great in general and the refurb is nice, but the volume of the beeps on the new checkouts is just too high. I'm having to ask my partner to scan our shopping while I stand there looking ridiculous with my fingers on my ears. It would be nice if someone could go around the tills and set them to a sensible audio volume, please.

   Rude customer service, till nr 1 , 10:35 , Sunday, 3rd of August 2025 Reason , I do not qualify for lane 1 , sending me , pointing with a finger to self check out LIDL , they are representing your brand, in my opinion Breaking the Law Key aspects of the Equality Act 2010: Protects individuals from discrimination: This includes direct discrimination, indirect discrimination, harassment, and victimisation.

   Made many complaints about this store and it’s reliance on self service, the manager told me they will always open a checkout if asked, I asked on Saturday and was met with a very rude response as usual they opened the till Only after I unloaded all my shopping on the belt and told them they can put it away. His answer was that they are doing away with all the tills shortly and will have alternative my reply was Indefinitely have an alternative by using your many competitors on the same high street. Will not be returning to this store.

   I love my local Lidl. It may not have all the offers you see magazine, but some make it. But you have the essential for your weekly shopping, a few offers and great customer service! As always, happy to have a Lidl a few minutes walk from my house and close to the train station.

   Nice store right in the heart of twickenham. variety of things you will find here and having Lidl Plus is always a positive point. Really love the way they have used every single corner of the store to either decorate or accommodate items. Nice feeling to shop in store at Lidl

   It wasn't busy when I went there. It was well stocked and clean looking prices were very good especially the salad stuff. staff were helpful .I didn't get a lot of shopping but i will definitely go there again

   Can't believe I came across this while shopping! A huge fly inside coleslaw. The packet was sealed so I have no idea what happened in the packing and unloading process. I used to really like Lidl but now the place is always messy and it looks like nobody has sorted the shelves in days. Such a shame the stores don't match the adverts.
