Highly recommend this shop. Always so friendly and polite, and happy to accept parcels. As a bonus, they were extremely kind and sweet to my daughter when she fell and hurt herself on the road outside the shop. Much appreciated.

Had some crazy experience with the shop keeper here yesterday, it seemed he was drunk when I went to collect my parcel from Youdel in the afternoon. Just started throwing random peoples parcels at me and when I said they weren't mine told my to F Off, he was thinking I was a delivery driver after I explained I wasn't and was just collecting my own parcel he started looking for it but even then was very intimidating. I'd deffo recommend avoiding this as collection point.

Took in 4 parcels for Collect+. They scanned each barcode from my phone to print the label. Gave me a receipt. Days later I look at the receipt and it shows 4 errors. How come the shop didn't realise. To make it worse they handed the unlabelled parcels to Yodel... so no way to track...all 4 lost...
