   If these ladies ran the doctors we would all be better off. Fab service, polite, friendly, non pushy, understanding and non-judgemental. All the staff are great. Bent over backwards to help us with having akward scripts due to diet needs (allergies) and neurodevelopment issues around medication (liquid vs tablet) all 4 of us appreciate them very much. Nothing has been too much hassle and not once have we felt we have been a nuisance or burden. Excellent service.

   I used to love this chemist but since the machine for measuring liquids has been taken back because you can’t afford it!!! so now the poor pharmacist has to measure everything out by hand and it takes ages I can’t understand why you would say you don’t have enough funding and take the machine back!! Can you please send the machine back to the chemist.. there is a lot of people thinking and saying the same thing as me it takes bloody ages now it’s ridiculous!! The pharmacist could be doing better things with her time it’s unfair really. Since the machine has gone it’s a joke !!

   Rude lady! My prescription was ordered the Friday before. I went in on Tuesday and was told it hadn't been received. On Wednesday, i was told to spell my name twice and then to write it down in such a rude manner. They looked all over for my prescription, shelf to shelf like it was lost. I was then told they found it and it needs to be looked over by someone who is on their lunch. I am swapping to Boots as they have always been lovely and respectful when i went in. If i could give zero stars, i would.

   Been supporting our local chemist in Epworth for 45 years and was very dissapointed to hear today that if I wanted to get my regular prescription from there would not be able to wait for it but would have to come back in 2 days in future. I stopped having it sent electronicly from the doctors as it was taking up to 2 weeks before it was made up at the chemist. The girls that work there are lovely and I know they don't make the rules. Tesco's from now on I think.

   Since taking over the previous pharmacy it looked a struggle to keep up but they have progressed into a fantastic facility. The locker service is a massive improvement which I have never seen anywhere else. I can collect prescriptions with a texted pin no at any time in the day or night with no need to queue any more.

   After a Rocky start Weldricks Pharmacy has be improved vey well. They are polite and helpful. One time I blamed them for a non delivery but found out my surgery had not sent my prescription over. I am very pleased with my service now.

   Since the new bigger store has opened, the service and care has significantly diminished. The original ladies are still amazing but the new ones lack in personality and border on being rude, including a failure to admit responsibility when erroneously sharing another patients medication and personal details with us. I'll be asking my GP to move my chemist of choice and will travel elsewhere for my medication
