   I left a prescription for my partner who is a cancer sufferer, for antibiotics after a tooth extraction. I was asked to call back in 1 hours time. I returned 3 hours later and I had my little dog with me. When I entered the shop the assistant shouted at me from across the shop and told me I could not come in with the dog and that I had to wait outside. There were 3 other people in the shop who all stared at me, I felt really embarrassed by this. Why she could not come across and ask me quietly is beyond me. What terrible customer service from her, even when she came outside to ask me who the prescription was for she was abrupt. Shocking behaviour from a young girl.

   This permaculture is as busy and pressured as most others. Sometimes , my prescription can’t always be obtained. The staff are kind, thoughtful, patient and considerate and make time to speak politely to each customer. My issues took a while to be resolved but I knew it would be sorted in the end with the efforts made by the assistant, whom I wish I could name personally. Patience is a key consideration for everyone for they do their utmost to tend to the customer’s individual needs.

   Very disappointed with service received for last few months. I received email saying prescription was ready for collection, I called in today and was informed it needed to be checked by pharmacist and pharmacist was too busy to do it . I had a wasted journey and should not have received email as clearly prescription was not ready.

   At first their app worked great, but the last few months I have ordered prescriptions and had a pending notification then nothing I have had to go in to get them to fill prescription while I wait, this last time I ordered them on 27th April 2022 and waited until 6th May when I repeated the process ( hopeing it would wake them up), they are both still pending approval and it now the 10th May and I have ran out of tablets, so again I will have to go in and wait for them to do it. I am going to change to a different pharmacy or just collect my own prescription from surgery, it's starting to feel like a lot of hassle doing it through the app.
