   When I moved to Ordsall, I changed my nominated Pharmacy at my GP service Ordsall Pharmacy staff go above and Beyond. As a wheelchair user, they help me with the door and nothing is ever too much trouble for them They are accommodating with the complexities of my prescriptions and keep me fully updated if there is ever a supply issue from one of the manufacturers of my medication They are fully informative with any updates or detail details or changes in my medication and are happy to help me monitor any potential side-effects Staff always greet you with a smile and are extremely polite and efficient Even on days that they are busy or there has been staff illness and I have required picking up my medication they are still accommodating and go above and beyond without exhibiting what must be working in a Hectic and stressful situation. So they still go above and beyond on the more difficult days for them They deserve a big thumbs up and well done because they are helping me to be independent and knowledgeable and unlike some services I’ve encountered they treat me as a human being with respect and honesty a big thank you to also Pharmacy staff

   I desperately needed to see someone on a Friday afternoon and knew I wouldn’t get into my GP. I didn’t have long to be away from work but the ladies at the pharmacy were fantastic and sqeeezed me into what time I had and got a prescription for me asap. I’m very very grateful. A super little pharmacy.

   Excellent village pharmacy. Really good helpful staff. Pharmacy is open 9-1 & 2-6 Mon Fri, Saturday 9-1, thr pharmacy will text when your prescription is ready and they have a wall collection system for out of hours. Same as a cash ATM but tablets if you are giving the number of codes. i personally like to go in to collect. The pharmacy also has a few shelves of various care products and reasonably priced. The pharmacy is next to the Spar shop.

   Couldn't be more helpful the staff always welcoming and quick to action been as long as 30 mins in other pharmacy's. Ordsall pharmacy I'm in and out dont think iv been in there longer than 3 mins. Great service eveytime!
