Theres a bloke there called gareeth, I think. Gives you a bag, hands you your shopping to bag yourself. I had a my fingers wrapped and strapped as I nearly had them severed, cheers pal. If you’re not going to bag peoples groceries, maybe he will be better suited in the shop floor?!
It's a convenient little store ruined by terrible service. The Asian woman was so slow serving me and then made an error and had to it again without apologising. She also didn't ask me if I had a clubcard. I do bit like the customer who was in front of me it doesn't work! So good shop apart from the poor service!
I wish i could give no stars with what my eyes sadly saw .Thanks for petrol .ive an issue with certain staff sneezing behind where backed goods are cooked and handled with this man wipeing his nose from hand down his arm .disgusting .iyll never get fresh bread or pastries . Honestly i felt sick . I hate to wright this but public need to know . I like sourdough bread not snotdough bread thanks .
I really appreciate the staff in this Tesco. I often drop and collect parcels and the team are always helpful and very friendly, especially Chirag - thank you as always! This is a a very busy Express but always well stocked and good customer service.
Nothing special to say, another convenience store in a petrol station, however I have found generally the staff are quite helpful.
Don’t ever trust this fuel station are doing some shopping because they rip you off I had a very bad experience last week from them they charged more than you think when ask questions they don’t even speak English.
Very crowded and claustrophobic store. Very messy at times. They have a good range of products when they are in stock. Staff don’t want to go on the tills until customers tell them too. At times the queue has made people walk straight back out. Including myself on numerous occasions. Some staff are frustratingly very slow to serve. Others don’t say hello or anything. Don’t even ask for your clubcard and get angry when take it out to give them. At times hardly anything on shelves. Response from staff is its out the back we ain’t put it out yet. Not very useful for customers if it’s sitting in the warehouse is it. Only really come here for petrol and there’s usually always a line to pay.
Possibly the worst queues of any shop I've ever used. No intention of opening any tills to ease congestion until customers start voicing their disapproval. 19/6/22 still horrendously bad queues with little or no interest from the staff. If I were Tesco I would start sacking from management down.
