   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my Samsung Galaxy Ultra 25 Titanium purchased on 17/12/25 all thanks to Summer a beautiful lady from EGypt at Tesco southall. She was incredibly humble, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Summer took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with a smile, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. Her professionalism combined with her friendly nature truly made the experience stress free and enjoyable.    Dear Tesco Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store where my return request was refused despite it clearly aligning with your stated policies. I purchased an item that was defective, and when I attempted to follow the return process, I was told it wouldn't be accepted. This contradicts your policy, which states customers are eligible for returns on faulty goods within the designated period. I believe my request was reasonable and in accordance with your guidelines, yet I was met with unnecessary resistance. This not only caused inconvenience but also eroded my trust in Tesco’s customer service standards. I hope you will review this matter promptly and ensure that policies are consistently applied to all customers. Thank you for addressing this issue.    I regularly go to Tesco bulls bridge (2642) the service I received today from Hardeep was outstanding, in all the years no one has been so helpful. I also visited the store at 10am so there was a morning rush but she was so calm and collective and so approachable. This store needs more staff like her! Fahmeda

   I’m a regular customer at this Tesco store and usually have a good experience, but today I was very disappointed. I tried to buy wine and showed my digital ID, which the employee (JASBIR) refused to accept — I understand it’s store policy and I was happy to comply. However, both the employee and the manager behaved rudely and arrogantly, speaking to me disrespectfully. What made it even more frustrating is that I have purchased wine many times before without being asked for ID, so the inconsistency felt unfair and unnecessary. I hope Tesco ensures that all staff, including management, treat customers politely and consistently, even when enforcing rules.

   I recently visited the Tesco at Bullsbridge and came away a little disappointed compared to what I usually expect from Tesco. The store felt untidy, with low stock levels across a number of aisles, which made it harder to find some everyday essentials. It didn’t quite have that well-organised, fully stocked feel that I’ve come to associate with Tesco stores, and overall it lacked the sense of order and cleanliness I normally enjoy when shopping there. On the positive side, parking was plentiful and hassle-free, which made getting in and out convenient. However, the in-store experience just didn’t live up to the usual Tesco standard. With a little more attention to stock management and tidiness, I think this branch could easily offer a much better shopping trip.

   Always short of staff and staff is very unprofessional Very slow to replenish stuff Zero customer service except one or two people Very few cash tills Also missing essential items like Tomatoes and eggs A lot of times I have bought frozen and fridge items and they are melting especially ice creams suggesting their fridges are not working properly Lightening in Parking area is very bad a lot of times you can’t see pedestrians coming from no where Free electric charging though (7Kwh)

   TODAY (MON) WE WENT TO HAYES BRANCH, ONLY THREE TILLS WERE OPEN AND WAITED FOR 40MIN. SEE PHOTO ATTACHED. NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE. MY SUGGESTION IS DEEPLY LESS Q THAN ALDI WILL HELP YOU MORE. YOU ARE LOOSING CUSTOMER SAVING TILL OPENING. DON'T GO TO HAYES TESCO.

   Absolutely Pathetic Service. Take a look in the pictures that the staff has nothing to do in the world. No Tissues, No plastic gloves, Bins are messy. When you asked them why don't you put gloves and tissues outside, they say 'people take it'. If you go to Twickenham, Feltham, Ashford Tesco Petrol, they have gloves outside for customers. It makes me think, is it the service issue or the Demographic factor! I haven't finished yet. If you go inside and pay for the car wash, they refuse and ask customers to go back to the machine and pay by themselves. 8/10 times their car wash is closed. On top they sit inside, chat with each other and use their phones while customer outside using pumps without tissues, gloves and paying for the car wash (if it works). I have marked their faces cos I don't take it personally and I don't want them to recognise. I have been giving feedback to these guys since pandemic begin and they dont want to change.
