   I had a very disappointing experience at Home Bargains on Sunday, 21st December 2025. My friend and I were charged almost double the expected amount at the till. We were shocked because we only planned to buy a few items and already had a rough idea of the total cost. When we cross-checked the receipt, we discovered items had been added or charged incorrectly. We then had to spend a long time getting everything checked and corrected, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Please be very careful and always check your final bill before leaving the store. This experience has definitely made me more cautious when shopping here.

   My in-laws bought for me as a gift a duvet set Christmas edition with Mickey Mouse white from this shop 2-3 days ago. I opened it today, and one of the pillow cover was ripped apart, nothing was done to this product. The shop is nice, but sometimes some products are broken. I could not check in the store, as I could not open it and the pillow cover where inside the set..disappointed as I usually go to this shop :(

   Walking in the to the store it was clean tidy and very well stocked a wide range of stuff prices better then other shops as well so overall not to bad The issue what I have is just the complete lack of help from the staff I asked if they could check if they had something out the back as the item I was holding was broken The staff member looked at me like I had to heads and just went nah mate and the staff member just walked off Customer service needs some work to say the least Please give a like if this has helped you
