   Fantastic service. Even though they are inundated with pharmacy first requests and the constant strain by the GP surgery pushing people to go to the pharmacy, they still offer incredible customer service. They do their upmost to get the right care for patients.

   I asked my partner to collect my medication and my nasal spray was missing and l needed it for my allergy that can influence respiration problem. I am in need of it now and do not know what to do. It's a shame that medication are not given completely and people lives are put under risk.l need to contact 111,and hope to get help from them.

   Only one star because I couldn't go lower. I visited today to collect a repeat prescription. 4 people in front of me in the queue. Total time spent was best part of an hour. No explanation as to what was causing the delay. Staff continually disappearing behind a screen. Many customers were venting their annoyance. I am sure that the staff were genuinely busy. But I have visited 3 times in the last week and had the same experience each time. Management.... Get a grip and support your staff and customers.

   Tried to get a prescription was second in the queue on Thursday 11th April at 15.00. There was at least 4 members of staff but they totally ignored the customers waiting. They couldn't even be bothered to apologise for totally ignoring people. The chap in front of me put his stuff back and left not very happy. God knows how long he'd been waiting. After a further 5 mins waiting and being totally blanked i also left. This is not the way to run a business. I wonder how many people have experienced this. Really disgusted and will never use this place again or recommend it to anyone.

   Diabolical service, I was lied to as to when my medication would be ready, when they eventually were an item was missing so I went back and told them only to be told they can't get them and no idea when or even if they can. That is the second month running. I shouldn't have had to ask them. If they are that busy then surely they should employ more staff, after all these are people's medication that they obviously need, some maybe very urgent and life threatening if they haven't taken them.

   Always short staffed, never get prescriptions ready on time, Vanessa tries her best and is always polite and helpful, but she can't do everything on her own...

   absolutely ridiculous atrocious service you can be stood queuing for ages and there is nobody at the counter ( it's all open they can see your there ) prescriptions are never ready even you ring to make sure they are then you end up waiting thirty minuites or more for a prescription that has tablets missing EVERY TIME it's got so bad i have actually arranged to move to a chemist that can cope with the workload i strongly suggest you do not use this chemist to get the tablets that you need and rely on

   Absolutely atrocious. Takes them more than a week to make up a prescription and half of it missing. Don't tend to have common medications in stock. Absolute joke, less than half of the staff are nice. Can't think of the amount of times I've had urgent medications not filled. Best off checking your prescription has been fully filled before you leave, a bit like with McDonald's. McDonald's would probably do a better job at filling my prescription.

   KFC currently have the majority of their branches closed and well, they'd do a better job at filling a prescription... May as well use KFC as a pharmacy, they seem to be more reliable even in the worst of times.
