    Prescription sent over 3 weeks ago but got lost with the changeover so re ordered it no problem. Went in the 10th of December to collect wasn’t made up so did it there for me but didn’t have the rest so gave me a owing slip and said it be ready on the 11th couldn’t get there that day as was busy so went in the 12th still wasn’t made up so I asked for text once it’s been made it’s now the 17th no text so went in just now and to find out it was still not ready absolutely ridiculous and they use the changeover as a excuse no it’s pure laziness to leave someone with a chronic illness without medication is unacceptable and wouldn’t even give me details to lodge a complaint only the company name. Now changed nominated pharmacy and I will be making a formal complaint against this one.. just want to add the staff member around late 40s early 50s was rude but the responsible pharmacist is lovely!!
