   Boots west bridgford is a v poor shop witj unfriendly staff. A v strange queuing system today - not enough tills open (only one) so a long wait, while a no 7 cosmetics counter right near the door stood empty, though confusingly had its own till, when my husband tried to ask if this 2nd till was open for service we were v rudely told by staff to stay back in the other queue - yet it was in fact open for others. Do no7 product buyers get priority? We are perfectly capable of queing and know the form but boots staff seem confused, and then blame you. It makes going there an unpleasant experience.
