   I assume the people that have given bad reviews go to a different chemist, that suits me, not many people go, ive never received a txt regarding my meds, but it says 3-5 days so I wait 5 days, and up to know they've been there

   I arrived for my 10-25 appointment for a Covid vaccination they were running 30min behind time. When I expressed my concern because I had another appointment later the reaction from the staff was haven’t you ever been for a hospital appointment you can have to wait for hours. The delay was caused by the pharmacist doing both jobs giving injections and getting medication ready for collection which is not possible. You only have to read the reviews to see they have a lot of problems and don’t deal with them.

   My wife ordered emergency meds from the doctor. They were sent through at 5.00pm on Thursday. Called Friday morning and advised they had them . Came to well pharmacy and they were not ready, they had to be signed off. I was told it will be about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later, and I'm still waiting. You need to get more staff, there are 5 other people waiting with no sign of the pharmacist..

   Usually my prescription, for one item, is ready and I get a message. This time it has been 3 weeks since I requested and that it was prescribed by the doctor. I called them and after 40 attempts they answered the phone, then left me holding on for 30mins, yes 30mins, whilst he checked. I hung up. That was 5 days ago and still no contact from them. I have not experienced rudeness but my husband has.

   Every single month same problem. No text Messages sent about prescription to collect, when You turn up there is always something that ‚just been sent back’. The worst pharmacy i had to use EVER

   Fed up of going up to collect prescription just to be told they've not got it, even though its been ordered over a week. Or they can only give me part of it, but can collect rest of it in a few days. Changing pharmacy as its every bloody time. Beyond useless

   Tried four times to get prescription over 2 days. was told I could use other chemist, so went to Tesco the pharmacist said they have to release it at crown farm and rang them but they did not answer. We returned to crown farm explained what had happened to be told they are out of stock When you ring the surgery we are told to be courteous and not abusive but sometimes we are pushed to limit. My biggest concern is when all the houses are sold we will never get to see a Doctor

   4 days after doctor sent prescription to the chemist and I still haven’t got it!! Still waiting in a queue to be picked and checked. Staff look stressed out there just isn’t enough of them to meet patient needs I’m desperate for my prescription and I’m asked to come back later. We’ll need to sort this problem soon it’s been going on for months and months

   Like most of the other reviews on here, I wish I could give it less than one star. I'm a regular at the pharmacy and I can tell you that the other reviews are right. The staff are rude, they will let you stand at the desk never bothering to serve you. If you want to ring up and ask about a prescription good luck, no point having a contact line if you can't make contact! The pharmacist is rude you try to talk to them but they will shut you down and get you out of the way just so they can help the other 6 people waiting in line, even when there is nobody else in the store. If it wasn't for convenience and accessibility I wouldn't use this pharmacy again.
