   If the staff spent less time talking about crap and more on doing their jobs they'd get things done right and get them done faster. Just like the other 2 Peak Pharmacy branches in the town, customer service is their last consideration, if they consider it at all. Making people wait for days for a prescription and giving nonsense timescales isn't fair for the people who put the money in the till to pay their wages!

   Unreliable prescriptions always short wait days for items coming always request what medication you take to get over the counter medication even when the doctor advises you to take them. You can go into any supermarket or shop and buy them and never get asked only good thing is the majority of the staff are lovely

   Staff are VILE. Partner has just been spoken to like a dog for requesting iodine supplements. Always an awful atmosphere, avoid at all costs. Staff require training on approproate affect at work and interpersonal skills, disgusting.
