   Went to tesco clowne pharmacy this morning for first time ever ...brilliant service ..emergency doctor ( castle st ) sent prescription over via compooter ..we rode straight to chemist & it was all ready ...very good

   Can get meds my village pharmacy can't get and at hours that suit with plenty of parking. Counter staff need better training but Pharmacists are knowledgeable and excellent.

   Terrible service! No customer service. You get ignored for ages at front desk, very unfriendly staff, never have your medication in stock and you have to chase up on phone as no one ever rings or text to keep you informed.

   I’d give an 0 star if I could. Appalling customer service I went in to ask something discreetly and I was made to feel stupid, they asked ridiculous questions and were gossiping in the back about what I was asking for. I will never use again.

   Appalling experience attend with my daughter for some eye drops. Options were not clear by the shop assistant who sent me around the houses! Ended up paying £18 for eye drops and to top it off the pharmacist didn’t even look at my daughter (she’s 8 years old) I have raised a complaint but had no official acknowledgment informing me of who is actually dealing with my complaint or any offer of contact information for any updates! There are other pharmacies in close proximity and I will choose those in future.

   Useless ! Thankfully don't use them on a regular basis . Phoned 4 times to see if prescription was ready and they don't answer . Went 4 hours after prescription issued and it still wasn't ready !
