    Asked for a turkey, reserved and paid (£35) for a turkey for the Christmas table. Ended with a really large chicken on the table, only realising it when I saw the raw meat on Christmas eve, and roasting it on Christmas day.

    Can't ever enjoy my shopping experience here, because every time I come around the boss of the place always enjoys a smoke right in the middle of the door, please change because I always leave empty-handed and I would like to enjoy my experience for once given it otherwise looks like a nice shop
