   Please get rid of all the massive trolleys that no one uses and increase the amount of smaller trolleys that are more appropriate. My 80 yr old mum and I always struggle to find the proper sized trolley. Today we ended up having to just use a basket and her mobility scooter basket because there were only huge trolleys which take up too much room and we're only buying a few items. Oh and to the lady who refused to give up her smaller trolley when leaving the store with ONE bag I hope karma finds you. In fact, M&S should ban people from leaving the store with the trolleys in the first place.

   Located on multiple floors with food, clothes and accessories galore! They have loads of self checkout stations so everything moves fast. They have the best bakery and really good seasonal fruits. There is a clothing area for men and women. The store is well kept and clean. Staff will help and are very knowledgeable. They have great vegan pop crisps and other delights to choose from.

   I have very bad experience today with the manager, Ali was very rude, arrogant, not professional at all. I will never shop from Mark and Spencer, Watford. I will tell all my family and friend about my experience today. What a terrible person horrible manager. He refused to give me head office number to complain My wife She was so stressed and crying so I will reported him to Head Office and I will share. My experience is social media

   Not at all a fan of the clothing from this store. Not my type at all. Outside my age range to be honest. However I totally love the food. Great quality and great prices. Some surprisingly cheaper than even the “cheaper” supermarkets. The meal deal is really good value and the range of pasta and sandwiches was really good. Something for vegetarian and non veg diets. They have some really delicious cookies and biscuits that I enjoy and always purchase. I went to this store especially looking for the pink Percy pig bags which I found for £1. The self checkouts are really easy to use and as assistant is on hand to help out should you need it. The manned tills are always busy and they only have 2-3 tills if that open. Can be impossible to find a member of staff to help.

   So so so much potential that it can take on big coffee provider brands, however, the store manager decided to put this place in between 4 walls... whereas it can be located at a place where everyone can see the actual cafe and increase its brand popularity among the young too! Such a shame!
